GCC & International Delivery

We are pleased to offer international shipping to selected destinations. The following estimated delivery times apply to both ready-made and made-to-order abayas.

Important Delivery Information

We make every effort to ensure your order arrives within the estimated timeframe.

Please note that delivery times may occasionally be affected by public holidays, peak shopping seasons such as Ramadan and Eid, customs procedures, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction matters to us. At Al Anood, we want you to feel confident and comfortable with every purchase.

Return or exchange requests may be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order, for both ready-made and made-to-order abayas, subject to the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• Original packaging and all accompanying items must be included.
• The request must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
