UAE Orders
Orders within the UAE may take up to 2–7 business days from the date of purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
GCC & International Orders
Orders outside the UAE may take up to 10–15 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local courier services.
Delivery Delays
Shipping timelines may vary during public holidays and peak seasons such as Ramadan and Eid. While we always strive to deliver on time, Al Anood cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier-related matters, severe weather conditions, or any circumstances beyond our control.
Return Policy
Our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase.
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 24 hours of receiving the order for both custom-made and ready-to-wear abayas. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
After 24 hours, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. We kindly ask you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about sizing, fabric, or design, please contact us before placing your order we're always happy to help.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with clear photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the issue and provide a resolution at no additional cost. Requests raised after this period may not be accepted.
