LEGAL POLICY
We are Al Anood, a sole establishment having registered trade name as “CREATION FASHION FOR SHEILA AND ABAYA” duly organized under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with a registered address at Ajman, United Arab Emirates.
These terms and conditions govern the use of our website www.alanooduae.com (referred to as "Al Anood," "We," "Us," or "Our"). By accessing or shopping on this website, you ("You," "Your," or "Customer") agree to abide by these terms. Please read them carefully before using the site.

2. PURCHASING PRODUCTS
2.1 Each product on our website is displayed with images, pricing, available colors, and sizes (if applicable).
2.2 Selected products will be placed in your "Shopping Bag," where details such as measurements and high-quality images are provided.
2.3 While we strive to ensure accurate representation, color and appearance may vary due to device display settings.
2.4 Before confirming an order, customers must review the Shopping Bag to ensure accuracy.
2.5 Clicking the “Buy” button confirms your order, which cannot be modified afterward.
2.6 Customers are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information when making a purchase.
2.7 Product availability is subject to stock confirmation at the time of purchase.
3. PRICE & PAYMENT
3.1 Product prices include VAT.
3.2 The total price displayed at checkout includes any applicable shipping fees.
3.3 Full payment is required to confirm an order.
3.4 Prices displayed at checkout will be charged at the time of order confirmation.
3.5 Al Anood reserves the right to adjust prices at any time without notice.
3.6 Payments are accepted via Visa and MasterCard debit/credit cards in AED.
3.7 Customers must be 18 years or older to place an order.
Important Notices:
- We do not trade with or provide services to OFAC-sanctioned countries, per UAE law.
- Cardholders must retain transaction records and adhere to merchant policies.
4. DELIVERY
4.1 We offer door-to-door delivery within the UAE and international shipping.
4.2 Estimated delivery time:
- UAE: 3–5 business days
- International: Up to 15 business days
4.3 Delivery fees vary based on location and will be charged accordingly.
4.4 Delivery fees apply to new purchases and exchanges.
4.5 Al Anood is not responsible for delays beyond our control. Customers may request a refund if an order is undelivered.
5. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
5.1 Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in original packaging to be eligible for return/exchange.
5.2 Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving the order.
5.3 Worn, altered, or damaged items will not be accepted.
5.4 Personalized or made-to-order items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
5.5 Online purchases can be exchanged in physical stores.
5.6 Alteration available for 2 months after receiving the orders.
6. REFUND POLICY
6.1 Refunds are provided in the form of store credit, valid for 4 months.
6.2 Store credit will be issued within 1 week after receiving the returned product.
6.3 Customers are encouraged to review products carefully before confirming orders to avoid unnecessary returns.
6.4 Refunds to the original payment method are issued only in the case of a manufacturing defect.
7. ORDER CANCELLATION
7.1 Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled.

9. LAW & JURISDICTION
9.1 This website must be used only for lawful purposes and not for fraudulent activities.
9.2 Any disputes shall be governed by UAE law and subject to arbitration in Dubai.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
10.1 The "Al Anood" trademark, logos, images, and product designs are exclusive property of Al Anood and are legally protected.
10.2 Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or commercial use of any “Al Anood” intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
10.3 Purchasing Al Anood products is for personal use only—reselling
Al Anood products without authorization is not allowed.
10.4 Al Anood reserves the right to refuse future purchases if unauthorized resale is detected.
CHANGES TO TERMS
Al Anood may revise these terms at any time. The latest version will apply to website usage from the date of publication. Customers are responsible for reviewing updates before placing an order.
TERMINATION OF CONTRACT
Al Anood reserves the right to reject or cancel an order in the following cases:
- The ordered product is out of stock.
- A previous dispute exists between the customer and Al Anood.
- The customer has violated Al Anood terms and conditions.
- The customer intends to resell products for commercial purposes.
- The customer has engaged in fraudulent or illegal activities.
If an order is canceled, Al Anood will notify the customer via email within 30 days of the order placement.
